welcome!
I founded Refills on the Road in July, 2019. What began as a market stall visiting a few markets a week has grown into a full mobile zero waste shop that serves 13 locations in Derbyshire Dales, Amber Valley, and the High Peak. In my van I carry 160 dry cupboard foods, PLUS 40 herbs & spices. I also have 25 refillable cleaning products and a wide range of plastic free toiletries and sundries.

If you're reading this it's because you've recently subscribed to my mailing list. Thank you! I usually send one e-mail each week with my scheduled stops, stock updates, and other relevant news/events. Now that you're here, let me show you around a bit so you know what you can find here.
Click What We Stock to get the current price list. This is a PDF listing all foods and cleaning products. Toiletries and sundries may vary, but I have deodorants, toothpaste, floss, toothbrushes, soaps, aluminium foil, parchment paper, baking cases and sandwich bags. I also have compostable sponges, scrubbing pads, dish brushes, food waste bags, and dishwasher tablets. And more. But that gives you an idea. You don't need containers, so they are easy to pick up when you see them.
Click locations for details - including postcodes - of where I visit and times. Some locations I visit weekly; others are every two weeks or monthly. Click diary to see my Google Calendar with all my stops for the month - it's the quickest way to find out if I'm in your area.
Click vlog to watch short videos about refilling - my Refilling 101 video is a great place to start - and plastic-free swaps. I have a YouTube channel where you can watch them, too. I continue to make new videos, so I would love it if you subscribed!
I have some very dedicated customers who buy a LOT of refills. To avoid being stuck queueing behind them in the rain, it may be a good idea to book your own appointment using the Booking page. (If you have 5 or fewer refill items, it's easy to fit you in without an appointment.) If you choose not to book, please don't be upset if I have to ask you to wait a few minutes while I serve someone who has.
